Books in the hands of children.......

If you read my blog for a second you KNOW how big I am in Reading, my district is HIGH poverty, low income, so getting books into every single students hands is important. I saw this on Penniless Teacher and had to share......Anything to help ! Love these quotes, might have to email and see if I can't print some for school!

Remember all the books you couldn’t put down? Imagine a world where there are no books to pick up. For too many children living in poverty in the U.S., there are no books at home. Visit your local Macy’s store June 21- July 21, 2013, and use your Be Book Smart coupon to give books to kids in need. More at We’re Off!
